Its amazing how Asana practice takes you to whole new levels when you are ready to explore and open your mind about just being in the present moment. After a long day of intense workshop with 3 hour practice of only backbends and other 3 hours of jumps one starts to realize how deeply involved the body’s spine is with our emotions. Very grateful for the opportunity to meet amazing teacher and yogi Matthew Sweeney„, enjoying very much to get deeper into my practice, which I very much needed.

This is Matthew Sweeny “moon sequence” for a more type yin yoga„ very refresing and awakening

Pincha Mayurasana - the peacock feather pose

An inversion in which we often experience fear by tuning our perspective upside-down and going into the unknown. What is most interesting about inversions is the opportunity at the sat moment, making the choice to look at fear straight in the face, making the choice to stay present, and making the choice to go into the intensity of life.

it takes time and patience to achieve difficult asanas… most of the difficulty comes in overcoming fear of falling.. if we fall we must try again and again.. just enjoy the moment of building up that courage, strength and mental control…

Yoga is a living practice, and things that live must evolve or they become extinct.
